The vacuum cleaning and local exhaust ventilation filter designed by R.W. Vesey
Limited is a modified version of the standard R.W. Vesey Limited Vibro-Clean filter
The Vibro-Clean is a long established filter with an impressive reputation for efficiency and reliability.
As the filter draws air through the articulated arm, 900 cubic metres an hour of air is available to remove flour dust from the working area. By placing the custom designed "Fish Tail" hood approximately 300mm from the dust source, 95% of airborne contaminant will be collected.
Changeover to vacuum cleaning is achieved by closing the local exhaust ventilation damper and fitting the 7mm flexible hose. The filter will now draw 500 cubic metres an hour at 600mm of water gauge. Vacuum tools are mounted on the side of the unit ready for immediate use.
A 3kW motor powers the Levac 3 unit. A smaller version powered by a 2kW motor will shortly become available.
